Entry Procedure
1. Complete the online entry form before the 31st July 2025
3. Check online to ensure that all information requiring verification has been accepted.
4. Despatch the pack samples to arrive by 4th August 2025

Judging
The judges' decision is final. The judges have the right to exclude entries that do not meet the conditions of entry. The judges have the right to move an entry to a different category if it is believed it will fare better by the move. The judges may decide not to make any of the awards if, in their opinion, there are no suitable entries that meet the criteria of that award.

Announcement of 2025 Results
The succesful Finalists will be announced by end-September 2025. The final award results will be announced at the prestigious awards function which will take the form of a banquet in November in Johannesburg, South Africa

The intention is that additional award ceremonies will be held in Lagos and another in Nairobi if they are able to be arranged.

The top ranked entries in each category will receive GOLD, SILVER or BRONZE medals according to their ranking and the other finalists will receive FINALIST medals. The judges resrve the right not to make any award if , in their opinion, none of the entries meet the criteria for that award.

All the finalists and medal winners will be eligible for entry into the WPO WorldStar awards subject to the completion of the relevant entry form and payment of fees.
